Natural Homemade Recipes for Oily Skin. Part 1.

Skin becomes oily due to the fact that the sebaceous glands produce more fat than you need. Mental stress can also contribute to the increased fat allocation. There are many old and reliable means to help.

- First, bring your intestinal tract in order. Many skin diseases are associated with the intestinal micro flora disturbance. Clean and restore it.

- All skin types should be properly cared. Clean your oily skin twice a day with warm water and a small amount of borax. After that lubricate the skin with a soft moisturizing cream with the addition of a couple of essential tea tree oil drops. Tea tree oil purifies and sanitizes the ducts of the sebaceous glands.

- Overflow a handful of crushed leaves of the walnut with a glass (200 ml) of non-carbonated mineral water, and boil for half an hour. Then filter and mix with 50 ml of witch hazel water. Use this lotion during evening skin cleansing. Store it in a cool dark place. Walnut leaves contain cleansing and fat binding substances.

- Massage is also an indispensable assistance. Massage the clean and dried skin with a soft brush made of wool in the morning and evening.

- Yogurt masks are not only useful but also very pleasant. For oily and often inflamed skin do masks made from whole yogurt and milk with a normal fat content. Apply 2 or 3 spoons of yogurt to your face and neck and let it dry, then rinse with slightly warmed milk. Finally, rinse your face and neck with cold water. This mask tones and refreshes the skin.
