Natural Homemade Recipes for Oily Skin. Part 2.

- Those suffering from oily skin and acne may also fight with these problems with the help of nettles. Brew a cup of nettle tea, combine it with 2 tablespoons of medicinal clay, add 5 drops of arnica tincture and put this mix on the face, leaving for 20 minutes. After that, rinse with warm water. In the presence of acne, repeat this procedure twice a week.

- Blue mask. It soothes inflammations and reduces the activity of sebaceous glands. Overflow one heaped tablespoon of dried horseback cornflower flowers with a glass of boiled water. Let the infusion cool down to a body temperature and then add as much white clay as needed to obtain an elastic mass. Spread this mass on your face and keep for 15 minutes, and then wash with warm water. Do this mask 3 times a week.

- Cosmetic clay masks.

• Black clay helps well to eliminate enlarged pores and remove blackheads. It also tones and gently cleanses the skin of excess fat.

• Green clay is a regenerator. After the extruded acne fresh and not very aesthetic traces tend to remain on the skin. This clay helps cells regenerating, and therefore healing.

• Pink clay. First, it is a great toner. It is applied as masks, and baths. Baths with pink clay are very good for the skin; they have a tonic effect on the whole body, withdraw toxins from a body, and heal the circulatory system.
